Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Ethics & Compliance Manager – Third Party Risk Management (Asia) to join our Power Systems business. In this role, you will drive third-party compliance across the region by ensuring proper selection, onboarding, monitoring and risk management of business partners in accordance with global compliance standards.

You will play a key role in safeguarding Rolls-Royce Power Systems’ reputation by ensuring adherence to anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) requirements, conducting due diligence, and advising key stakeholders on compliance processes. This is a critical role within our global ethics and compliance framework.


What you will be doing:

  • Drive the implementation and execution of third-party compliance processes covering the selection, onboarding and monitoring of third parties, aligned with group-wide policies, procedures and legal requirements (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, etc.).
  • Apply risk assessment procedures to accurately identify, evaluate and manage ABC-related risks.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate mitigation measures—working closely with the Senior Compliance Management—to reduce ABC risk exposure for Rolls-Royce Power Systems.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to business partners as part of the global due diligence and monitoring framework.
  • Advise Rolls-Royce Power Systems / Rolls-Royce Solutions business management on all matters relating to third-party due diligence and compliance processes.

Position requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in risk compliance.
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience managing third-party due diligence processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in anti-corruption compliance is required.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions.
  • Able to work on-site at the Tukang office (Jurong).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in multinational corporations or regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, articulate and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with global compliance standards and third-party compliance tools.
